VB911 receives and processes residents’ calls for service by Police, Fire, and EMS personnel. Calling 911 is specifically used for emergencies where an immediate response is required from emergency personnel.
Residents Should Dial 911 Only When They Have an Emergency
This could include, but is not strictly limited to the following emergency situations:
- Fires
- Medical emergencies
- Reporting accidents
- Reporting crimes in progress
- Reporting suspicious people/event
