Court Rules
Some Clerk's offices are located in Buildings 10A or 10B, which are attached to each side of the Judicial Center. Court parking is located both in front and behind the building, off of Nimmo Pkwy and James Madison Blvd.
Electronic Devices & Building Entry
The general public is allowed to use cellphones and other electronic devices in the courthouse as of July 1, 2026, with some restrictions. Furthermore, these items may be placed in a secured pouch and can only be used in a designated area.
You MUST enter through the main entrance of Building 10 located at 2425 Nimmo Pkwy. Virginia Beach. This is the only public entrance to the courts building.
